The boar is strongly related to Sardinia like a symbolic and ancestral force, thus represented in the local culture as a perpetual motif. This figure is entirely handmade using the natural local clay and recalls other recurrent elements such as engravings on the typical wooden chests or "sas pintaderas" used by nuragic people as bread, fabric or body stamps in prehistoric times. Finished with polish effect interrupted here and there by raw and metallic tonalities.
